Below are the basic rules of the house. By using our website and purchasing our handmade goods, you agree to these terms. We have kept them as clear and straightforward as possible, with no confusing legal jargon.

1. General Conditions We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at any time. We always aim to be completely accurate with the information on our site, but sometimes a typo might slip through. If we spot an error with our pricing, stock levels, or product details, we reserve the right to correct it.

2. Our Products and Prices Because we cook everything in small batches in our Castlemaine kitchen, our product availability and prices might change from time to time without notice. We always do our absolute best to describe and photograph our items accurately, but we cannot guarantee that your computer screen will display the colours perfectly.

3. Shipping and Delivery We ship right across Australia using StarTrack and Australia Post. We pack our boxes carefully and sturdily to protect your goods. Once a parcel leaves our hands, we rely on our couriers to get it to you safely and on time. For large wholesale orders in the Victorian metro area (like Melbourne, Ballarat, and Bendigo), we often jump in the van and deliver them ourselves. Please keep in mind that shipping times are estimates, so it is always best to order early during the busy seasonal rushes.

4. Returns and Refunds Because we sell food, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds if you simply change your mind. However, we want you to be completely happy with your order. If your package arrives damaged or there is a problem with the items inside, please take a photo and get in touch with us at admin@pudforallseasons.com.au within 48 hours of delivery. We will have a quick yarn and sort out a fair solution, whether that is a replacement or a refund.

5. Dietary Information We take our gluten-free, dairy-free, and vegan options very seriously. We use strict separation in our kitchen and clear labelling on all our packaging. However, please be aware that we do handle wheat, dairy, and nuts on the same premises. Always check the ingredient lists on the product pages or packaging, and give us a ring if you have a specific allergy question.

6. Wholesale Accounts If you have registered for a trade account through our stockist portal, your orders are also covered by the specific wholesale pricing, minimums, and shipping agreements we provided when your account was approved.
