Puddings and sizes

  • What sizes do you make?

    100 g single, 400 g serves 3 to 4, 800 g serves 6 to 8.

  • How do I warm a pudding?

    Microwave in short bursts until hot in the centre, then rest for a minute. Or simmer in the sealed pack in gently boiling water. Check your pack for times.

  • Can I oven heat a pudding?

    Yes. Wrap to protect from drying out and use a low temperature. Handy when the oven is already on.

  • How long do puddings keep?

    They are shelf stable. Store in a cool, dry place. Once opened, cover, refrigerate and enjoy within five days.


Ingredients and dietary

  • Do you make gluten free, dairy free or vegan puddings?

    Yes. You will find gluten free, dairy free and vegan options alongside our classics.

  • Where can I see full ingredients and allergen info?

    On each product page and on the pack. We include dietary labels and any may contain notes.

  • Do any flavours include alcohol?

    Some do for traditional flavour. Any alcohol used is listed in the ingredients.


Sauces

  • How do I warm the sauces?

    Stand the bottle in hot water or microwave in short bursts, then pour just before serving.

  • Which sauce should I pick?

    • Rich Chocolate pairs with Double Choc Orange or Cranberry and White Chocolate.
    • Brandied Butterscotch suits Traditional or Date and Butterscotch.
    • Zesty Orange Caramel is great for citrus lovers and vegan puds.
    • Buttery Toffee Caramel works on any classic.

Orders and shipping

  • Where do you ship?

    Australia wide with tracked delivery from Castlemaine, Victoria.

  • How long does delivery take?

    Most orders arrive within 2 to 7 business days depending on location. Busy periods can take a little longer.

  • How do I track my order?

    You will receive a tracking email when your parcel leaves the kitchen.

  • Can you deliver to a PO Box?

    Courier delivery works best to a street address. If you need a PO Box, contact us and we will help.

  • Can the courier leave my parcel if I am out?

    Yes. Add authority to leave at checkout or via your tracking link.

  • Do you offset carbon on deliveries?

    We offset the carbon from every delivery through Sendle.


Gifts and messages

  • Can you leave prices out for gifts?

    Yes. Add a note at checkout and we will keep pricing out of the box.

  • Do you sell gift cards?

    Yes. Digital gift cards are available and arrive by email.


Changes, returns and issues

  • Can I change or cancel my order?

    If we have not packed it yet we will do our best to help. Contact us as soon as possible.

  • What if something arrives damaged or not right?

    Email a clear photo with your order number and we will sort it quickly.
