You will find gluten free, dairy free and vegan choices alongside our classics. We cook in small batches with careful separation and clear labelling across packs and product pages.

Dietary Friendly

Allergens we track


We pay close attention to common allergens such as gluten, dairy, eggs, nuts, soy and sulphites. Check the product page and the pack for the exact item you are buying. If you manage strict allergies, email us with the product name and size and we will confirm details.


Kitchen practice


Small batch cooking with clean downs between runs, simple recipes and steady handling. Where needed we run dietary friendly products on separate days or lines and mark every pack clearly.


Alcohol in recipes


Some flavours use traditional spirits for flavour. Any alcohol used is listed in the ingredients. If you are buying for someone who avoids alcohol, choose a flavour without spirits or ask us for guidance.


Nutrition info


Basic nutrition and storage details are listed on each product page and on the pack. Our puddings are shelf stable. Once opened, cover, refrigerate and enjoy within five days.
